Leadership:

Clayton Glen

Clayton is a co-founder and the owner of ImaginativeHR; having been active in Human Resources consultancy and Human Resources project leadership since 2003 – including previously as Chief Executive of HDA Associates and as a Director of its international partnered coaching network until 2012.

Prior to his time in HR consultancy, Clayton has held senior commercial and HR leadership roles in the UK, the USA, continental Europe and in Southern Africa; across a number of sectors, including fmcg, automotive, e-commerce consulting, and mobile technology.

He has an MBA from the University of Wales and has lectured in Human Resources Strategy on the same programme. He holds a number of professional assessment, team development, executive coaching and HR metrics accreditations. See more here.
