Imaginativehr outplacement solutions:
ImaginativeHR is a trusted transition-support partner which assists individuals to successfully navigate through to the next stages of their careers, into their next role or opportunity; delivering impactful outplacement solutions and routinely ‘going the extra mile’ to support transitioning individuals at all levels in our care, (ranging from C-level to junior colleagues); whilst protecting our clients’ reputations as caring employers.
Delivered by a seasoned UK and international career coaching team; we offer a flexible range of group, online, virtual, one-to-one, senior and international career coaching programmes to assure successful career transition and provide reassurance to staff navigating periods of personal vulnerability.
Most of our clients engage ImaginativeHR to provide one-to-one career coaching programmes, though, where smaller support budgets limit support to group and / or online programmes, we always commit to establishing human telephone-based contact and providing personal reassurance, beyond programme limits.
Our comprehensive outplacement solution range, (flexibly covering broad per-person and group budgets), includes the following programme formats:
One-to-one career coaching support at our core:
Each individual ImaginativeHR programme, regardless of duration, is led by a lead career coach; entirely flexible to the needs and circumstances of each individual, so no two individual programmes look the same.
Notwithstanding individual customisation; ImaginativeHR’s one-to-one career coaching programmes broadly focus on:
a) exploring the options available to individuals,
b) pursuing a well-executed return to the market, whilst
c) developing resilience and confidence between roles; including e.g.:
further exploring personal career progression instincts and passions, including access to targeted assessments; whether the individual is seeking a new role or embarking on a change in career direction, self-employment, business start-up, retirement, study, sabbatical, etc.
developing a comprehensive ‘candidate marketing’ roadmap, including optimising CV(s) and LinkedIn review
comprehensive interview preparation and as-needed psychometrics practice; particularly focused on
articulating key USPs relevant to alternative targets – so these ‘trip authentically’ and confidently off the individual’s tongue
articulating reasons for past career moves – again; so these ‘trip authentically’ off the tongue.
target-contact research at targeted organisations, specialist recruiters and interim providers where these are relevant to an individual’s search
access to vocational learning, (subject to clear career enhancement benefits for the individual, on programmes from 4 one-to-one sessions and above)
on-boarding coaching into the new role / assignment, including 1st 90 / 100 day pitch practice, (subject to programme scope)
Our one-to-one programmes are flexibly managed, so programmes can be paused at any point, subject to individual circumstances.
Access to vocational learning during career transition:
ImaginativeHR programmes (from 4 one-to-one sessions and above) include individual access to vocational learning, (covering the full annual cost of access to LinkedIn Learning or Skillsoft vocational learning platforms; alternatively subsidised access to a multitude of alternative vocational training programmes, subject to personal preferences); this discretionary vocational learning intended to run in parallel with core career coaching support.
Vocational learning is specifically intended to support personal vocational development and continued professional development (CPD) plans.
