    • A 42 page individual ‘Portrait’ assessment, focused on 3 Personas (underlying, everyday and overextended); reflecting personality, behaviours and preferences at the following levels:
        • 4 Archetypes
        • 8 Aspects (helpful for team comparisons and measuring complementary capabilities) and
        • 24 Qualities (highly / robustly validated).
    • The Lumina App and personal webpage – which provides a personality cut at Aspect-level, which allows for colleague comparisons via individual Lumina QR codes.
    • The Lumina Coach dashboard – released in 2020, which provides an end-to-end coaching programme dashboard, providing a personality cut at Qualities-level, (e.g. situational amplifications, ‘hidden treasure’ qualities where an individual’s role may not fully support their broader capabilities, paradoxes for further reflection, etc.).
